Return & Refund Policy

At Ramsam Boutique, we are committed to delivering high-quality abayas crafted with care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement by email to info@ramsam-boutique.com. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs, within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is faulty, or
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ramsam Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider
  2. Contact your card issuer (processing times may vary)
  3. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
