All Ramsam Boutique products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins specifically for that customer.

Production Time

Typical production time: 3–5 business days.

Delivery Time

After production is complete, orders are shipped and typically arrive within 15–20 business days depending on the destination country and carrier performance.

Estimated Total Fulfilment Time

Most customers receive their orders within 8–25 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order has been produced and dispatched.

Made-to-Order Products
All items are produced specifically for each order. As a result, production time is required before shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellations before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

All orders are processed and shipped from Dubai. Due to current global conditions, please allow 20 or more days for delivery. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. United Kingdom Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 20+ business days.
Express Delivery: 15+ business days.

European Union:
Orders are typically delivered within 15–20 business days from dispatch. Please note that customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond this estimate. Any applicable import duties or taxes are included in your order total for EU destinations.

International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International services. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. However, any applicable taxes or duties are calculated and included in your order total at checkout, so you will not need to pay them upon delivery. Ramsam Boutique takes care of these fees in advance. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information or refusal of delivery, the customer may still be responsible for any return shipping or re-delivery costs.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, Ramsam Boutique cannot guarantee successful re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be re-sent.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If you believe your order has been lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.

If a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier, Ramsam Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
